Which tweak to use if using ATI

I have a R8500 128mb.....what program is the best to use to oc your card? (i dled RAGE tweak..prob is that i can't get rid the of the icon in taskbar. Hogs up memory)
and is there a program that i can use to check to c if my card is stable when i incrase core n mem in 5 intervals?

run benchmarks, if you get any artifacts u need to lower clock speed
