Toshiba restore disk deleted; how do i restore

i changed my OS to windows 7 and of an toshiba satellite l300 and it keeps freezing.what do i do.

did you have any problems with the original os ?

if not i'd recommend to reinstall it.... (recovery disk)

maybe a part is not compatible.

When does the computer freeze ? Win7 boot, once inside....???

Hello tohsiba you can restore your data by many software like ntfs recovery software , acronis true image oem cd , recover professional software

Prior to migrating to Windows 7 did you run the Windows 7 Upgrade Advisor?
