I have 2 active ethernet interfaces in an XP professional environment. I
would like to know how to load balance (split) the load between the
interfaces so that I may take advantage of the combined bandwidth.

This is a function of the driver for your Ethernet card. Intel and Broadcom provide drivers for their hardware that will support this.

Thanks, I have a 3 Com 3C920B-EMB Integrated Fast Ethernet Controller and a
NVIDIA nForce Networking Controller. When I go to their sites for driver
updates or info what do I look for?

Since you have different Ethernet NIC's, its unlikely that you'll be able to accomplish what you want. The drivers that support load balancing are vendor/card specific. In other words, you have to have two of the same cards/NIC's.
