I have an old GeForce2 Ti which I want to replace the heatsink and fan and put in my second computer. How do I go about doing this. I was thinking of getting a Thermaltake Crystal Orb. I noticed two plastic things that hold on the heatsink, do I cut them off? Also, I see where the Crystal Orb has a 3 pin connector, and the board only has a two pin header. This is an easy question but I have never done it before. Any help would be appreciated.

The plastic pegs have little barbs on the other side, if you squeeze those together you can wiggle the pin out. If the new fan has 3 pins, get a 3 to 4 pin adapter and connect it directly to the power supply.
