and REMOVE your serial(since it will not help us, just the laptop model number would have been ok) and email(to avoid massive spam). we are NOT Toshiba support and as such can not give you what you need(Not legally at least).

Many times you may have a recovery partition on the drive.

You could also try accessing the hidden recovery partition. I think you have to press and hold the zero key while cold booting, but this will wipe and re-install the OS back to factory new. Losing all info you have store, use as last option.
