when trying to use the search feature of IE an error appears, "page cannot be
displayed" for this file res://C:\WINDOWS\system32\shdoclc.dll/. i have
looked up several fixes for internet explorer but in the process have found
out that the search feature for windows is not working also. so far all
microsoft has been able to say is update update update. but i cannot connect
to the windowsupdate.microsoft.com;. getting and error on the page
"Automation server cannot create object" and also cannot seem to connect to
any sites using IE, i have to resort to using a different browser
tried uninstalling IE so i could only re-install the old one then update
back to 6/sp2 ubt being unable to search the computer for the dll's makes
following these instructions pretty hard
