Megatouch 6 Problem

I have a Megatouch 6, when turned on the screen is a single solid
color. Sometime before the play screen would come up but now always
stays the solid color and does not respond. Any advise on how to solve
this problem.

Does the game coinup? Does the coin meter count when you drop a coin
in? Does the game make any sound when you drop a coin? If not then the
power supply is in need of repair or replacement.

Sometimes the gameboard gets loose chips in their sockets.

You could try a reset. Turn the game on while holding both of the red
momentary switches inside the area where the coin box pulls out of. If the
reset is successful, it plays a short melody. Otherwise I would check your
voltages on your power supply, otherwise its a gameboard problem.
