9800TX and FX5950 antequaited cards.....

The 9700 and its successors i.e.9800Pro/TX and the FX5800/5900/5950 have been out for a considerable amount of time. I was wandering if anybody knew anything about when the upcoming R420 and NV40 chips are supposed to come out. I'm looking for a new card to upgrade from my GF4Ti4400, but i don't want to buy a 9800pro and then have the new cards come out a month later. If anybody can shed some light on this issue i'd appreciate it.
