Hello.
A friend of mine has this problem of not being able to
change Language for Non-unicode Programs after five
changes. He is using Windows XP. After changing the
Language for Non-unicode Programs five times, the drop
menu would be empty in the Language for Non-unicode
Programs, and the Standards in the first column og
Regional and Language Options. Thanks in advance.
