9200se and 3dmark2003

what would be a "decent" score for this card under 3dmark03?
here is the layout:
AMD 1800+, solteck mobo, 256 mb pc2100, radeon9200se 128 mb,
seagate 40gb 7200rpm, win xp(all useless services are stopped), catalyst 4.2, dx9b.
all settings are app pref for anti and aniso and perfomance for anything else.
Right now i get between 608-613, nothing more.
Is this a right score for this card?should i expect more?

Do not expect more. The 9200SE is one of the most crippled cards on the planet.

the 9200SE has half of the bandwidth of a regular 9200.
