error on installation - roxio cd

I installed Roxio Easy CD Creator Vs. 6 on my Windows XP. There was an
error on installation but it still installed. I didn't write the error
down, but the end of the error line was something about shared files then a
..dll.
I used it fine on Windows 98, but don't know if it is good for XP.
Should I uninstall and reinstall and then write down the error message? I
don't want to screw up my computer, it is running so good right now.

If its working fine now, ignore the error message.
If you tried to install with no administrator privileges there is a
possibility for this error.
