A friend running Win XP home Ed when trying to update Windows receives
the following message:

Your current security settings prohibit running Active X contras on this
page. As a result the page may not display correctly.

You receive a "Your current security settings prohibit running ActiveX
controls on this page" message when you try to use Windows Update:
