How are you connected to your ISP?
To some extent, it sounds like you may be having issues with the ISP, and
you may want to reset both your modem and your router.

I tried resetting both modem and router..
I called my ISP for support they say there is nothing wrong with my modem..
What do you mean how I am connected to my ISP?
phone cable connects to the modem and modem connects to router
then router to my PC..(is that it?)

The way you asked what is Broadband Connection I didn't know what you had.
Your best test....rather that the router, plug your computer into the modem
and see if you can browse the web. If you can, MAYBE it's your router.
The way you say "my ISP says nothing is wrong" let me say this--if they
spent 15 minutes or so troubleshooting, ping tests, etc......maybe they made
an effort....if you got a very quick nothing is wrong.........don't be so
confident they tried.
You can try tests like pinging their mail servers see if you get replies.
