WLMon.exe might be the Wireless card driver file. The error occurs if the
actual file is missing in the system, but the startup entry remains. To get
rid of the error, use MSConfig and disable the program from startup.
Click Start/Run and type MSCONFIG
In the Startup tab, look for the line reading WLMon.exe
Uncheck the line and click OK
