If I may respond, I think MSI is pretty good. They seem to make decent cards and I've never had a problem with any of their cards. They used to have some serious bundles offered with their Ti4600 & Ti4400 Champion Edition retail boxes. I can't vouch for how they overclock as I never really pushed one. But they came with their own OC utility and a pretty nifty bios/driver update utility.
The way I look at it is any one more competitor to thrawt the Powercolors and Gag'n'pukes of this world the better.
