Install not working

Okay, earlier I had problems with my Monitor, finally fixed that. Anyhow, I went in to the BIOS and changed the First Boot thing to CDROM, now when I reload/re-start the computer, it loads the Windows disc, however it does not show a place to install Windows 7. For example it is just a screen with a Cursor and a background, nothing else.
