Well it appears Microsoft is going to add subscription software to their new line of Office XP. Which means you buy the product at retail price and then pay Microsoft more money every year or it shuts off.

My question is; what does everyone think about this?

Check my Microsoft XP Software thread below. Yes, it is set up as subscription software. I have it installed and it is currently setup as a 1 year subscription. They also register your hardware.

I know, and I'll get a key in the fall.

Let me complain some more about OFFICE XP....
I can't send e-mail sometimes. It's extremely frustrating, random, and I don't understand....I just get message back that says "DENIED"

Besides Outlook not working it's great so far....LOL

I'm hoping it's me. Maybe I can fix it....I hope...
