shall i buy a saphire radeon 9800 pro for £155 ($279) or shall i wait for the next line of graphics cards, but will these be in agp 8x or pci express????

Well, you can buy it online at newegg.com for only 210$, I dont know about your other question though, but its not expensive so either way...

What is the difference between the atlantis 9800pro? and normal sapphire 9800pros? and becuase the one baxter is after is called the'lite retail' version does it still use the same ram.

If you wait until the new cards are released then the 9800 pro will be cheaper, however, it all depends on how long your willing to wait..cause there's always another new card just waiting around the corner...
