Upset with monitorsdirect.com

Ok, I've been e-mailing several times now trying to get RMA # to return the CML174 (dead pixels) and so far they've been ignoring. You might say it's holidays and they have lots of things to do, but they were pretty fast to ship another one I ordered the same (last Wednesday). Did anyone else have the same problem trying to return something to them?

Call the 800 number and you can get tech support on the phone. I had a problem with the original monitor sent to me (UPS did some damage) and called...they took care of the situation the same day.

We have a 30 day refund policy.
