Sorry about the description.
No one sticker tells me its a 4600, but the horiz width coil is mounted
off the board to the metal base plate & a plastic bridge holds 2
vertically mounted boards in place across thier tops.
Hope that helps.

19VJTP22 is the tube type, not the monitor. Look for a sticker on the
chassis.
