shadow or ghost

My fonts, windows, and mouse pointer looked like it had shadows. Its very noticable when looking at my mouse pointer. You would see the mouse pointer, then a few pixels to the right you would see a fainter image of it, and then even more to the right, an even fainter image of it.
Im using a radeon 9200AGP

Go into Control Panel, Mouse, Pointers, and unclick Pointer Shadow.

Then move away from you screen you're going blind, thus all the blurriness and ghosting, it's called Cataracts!

it wasnt that...there are clear shadows, vertical lines to the right of everything. When i connect the monitor to another computer the shadows are gone.
