When i try to go to Help & Support I get a box telling me the the Service is
not running. How can i get this to work..thx

Stuart, go to Control Panel>AdminTools>Services>Help and Support. Rt click
and select Properties. In Startup Type Box
choose Automatic.

Login as Administrator of the machine.
Goto Your Programs Menu, Administrative Tools and Open Services.

When new Window opens, on right panel look for the service named
Help and Support
Right Click on the service goto Properties, there you will find another
drop down box named Start Type.
Set this option to Automatic and click OK.

You are done

Follow these steps:

Click Start, Run and type Services.msc
Double-click Help and Support
Set the Startup type to Automatic
Start the Service
