Funny thing is I just registered to post on B3D. I always spectated there before.

It really is a place, but you have to stay current or things pass you by very quickly. Just like Rage3D. One moment a thread has 2 pages, the next morning it has 12.

It's a GREAT source, but it's hard even simply reading all the sites I like, let alone participating in them.

However, it's becoming more attractive all the time, as I get familiar with the people who post there, and get a better feel for the place.

Oh well, gonna have to start from nOOb again.

Yeah, I was just joking based on the above posts and someone disapperaing from hear going there.

I have considered joining, but really barely have the time to read a little over there never mind join a discussion. I agree with Grape that once you fall behind a discussion grows and changes so quickly that catching up or joining in would be difficult. But very informative for sure. I just feel like at best I follow 5% of the discussions with the time I have.

I am starting to finally settled down at THGC and only read some topics. Plus slowly learning to allow some fan talk without being suckered into wasting my time argueing. Nice place to be during windows installs, etc. But I have been chewing into my family, PC build, and gaming time. Gotta get going on this farcry somemore. :frown: I really haven't spent much time on forums in general because of how time consuming it is. PCMech many years ago was about it until i came here. But it sure is fun to be here and talk hardware with people who care. This wait right now is growing old, I want the new stuff.
