What Monitor Overlay is this?

I posted this earlier with no solid response, I agree it goes to some
sort of Space Invader variant, but WHICH ONE?? SOMEONE has to have
this game!!! Please, take a look & tell me what game this 19 inch
overlay goes to....................

I picked up one of these from rough Space Invaders, to use on mine at
home. It really livens up the game

I don't know how true this is, but I was told that it was an official
Midway add-on to Space Invaders, once interest for the game began to
fade.
