Help, if I select control panel after boot - it crashes ex..

Hi all,

I noticed some time ago that sometimes when I select control panel right
after I boot into WindowsXP that it crashes explorer - explorer then
re-loads and I can access the control panel the 2nd time I try. If I use
other programs and decide to access control panel sometime into the windows
session - all is fine. I don't get it - I have run anti-virus and spyware
scans and all shows clear.

Has anyone experienced this problem before? Where could I explorer a
solution? Except for this minor thing - WinXP has been extremely stable for
me.

To repair all system files, go to Start/Run, and type (or paste in): SFC /SCANNOW (see: Description of Windows XP and Windows Server
