Neo Geo 2 Slot - poor picture

I got a 2 slot neo geo that did not show anything except a white screen when
I purchased it. I cleaned the cartridge contacts and got the games to run
but the picture quality is bad. I am not sure if the problem is the 2
cartridges that required cleaning or if the problem may be the capacitors on
the board. Pleeeeeeease advise.
