My system has been running fine and I needed to create some extra space on
my C-drive, so I decide to remove the $MSI Uninstall files in C/Windows to
create a little extra space. I cut all those folders and pasted into a
folder on E drive expecting the used space on C-drive to drop by over 300mb.
As far as I can see C-drive used space did NOT change at all.
Am I under the wrong impression this should happen?

fwiw
I removed those unistall files and saved some space.
After removing them I ran CCleaner followed by RegSeeker which offers to
remove the registry items for them which also removes them from add/remove.
