Let's ask Nvidia, if anything times 0 is still 0.

-AMD Athlon64 3200+@2300mhz -GAK8N -3x512 Hynix PC3200 ram@192mhz 2.5-3-3-7 -Albatron 5900PV @ 560/1000 -SB Audigy -Adaptec 1210SA Raid -2x120G Seagate SATA150 7200.7 Raid0 -Enermax 460watt psu

Or could it be infinity....hmmmmm. Maybe their chip has something hidden in it- a 32 bit quantum computer that effectively calculates 2^32 possibilities at once and thereby represents the entire frame in an iota of space. This could give rise to huge frame rates man! Think about it!

What they mean (briefly in a bastardized explanation) is 16 pixels with Colour AND Z values, or 32 pixels with either one or the other (used to be only colour no Z).

It can use the vertex shaders to supliment pixel function as well.

So 16 pixels per clock full value or 32 partial.

Thus it's seen as 16x1 and 32x0, it's somewhat of a cynical description, but really the one that most clearly describes the architecture in a quick blurb that everyone can grasp.
