problem of "ipconfig" command in windows xp professional

Are you connected to the internet for example with the pc?

If you don 't have a wan or lan connection configured on your pc, what
address do you want to know then?
If ipconfig /all doesn 't show you any connections, it means there's
indeed none configured and then you don 't have, what you call, a tcp/ip
address ...
