Hey all,

I was wondering how i would go about changing where my My docs is saved. I have two HDs and ones a WD Raptor and i have a 200 gig external and i want my docs to be on the 200 gig drive. I was fiddln around with the environmental variable but i couldnt get it to work. Any suggestions?

Thanks so much for your help.

You can do this with the <A HREF="http://www.microsoft.com/windowsxp/pro/downloads/powertoys.asp" target="_new">WinXP TweakUI PowerToy</A>, under "My Computer--Special Folders".

Here's a couple of extra links on the subject:

Right-click My Documents icon and choose <b>Properties</b>. Click on <b><font color=red>Move</b></font color=red>, and set its path.

 Good or Bad have no meaning at all, depends on what your point of view is.
