With those requirements, you may be looking at Alienware, unless there are other brands that do crossfire/sli gpu.

Is there any reason that you need a laptop with those requirements? I recommend to most people to get a desktop to play games at max settings, and with the money saved, buy a laptop that can play those same games at medium settings.

Sorry, $2,000 is too low of a budget if you wan Ultra settings on current games @ 1920x1080.

See following review of the GTX 675m. Unfortunately there are no benchmarks yet for the GTX 680m, but based on the 675m's performance a single GTX 680m will not be enough.

http://www.notebookcheck.net/NVIDIA-GeForce-GTX-675M.70785.0.html

You need to hover the mouse over the graphic settings in the game to find out the resolution used to benchmark the games. For example, in BattleField 3 "High" the GTX 675m got 54FPS based on 1366x768 resolution. In "Ultra" the GTX 675m was able to get 24FPS with 1920x1080 resolution.

The cost of an Alienware M17x starts at $1,500. The upgrade to a GTX 680m is $550. The upgrade to a 1920x1080 resolution screen is $150. That brings the total to $2,200 and it is still not enough to meet your expectations. There does not seem to be an option to add a 2nd GTX 680m for an SLI setup but if there was, then it would likely be a $700 option.

Either increase your budget to approximately $3,000 - $3,500 or scale back on your expectations.

That is incorrect. You can buy a Sager NP9170 with a 7970M for under $2000. According to Notebookcheck, the 7970M will play BF3 at around 36 fps average on ultra settings/1080p. I'd suggest looking at Xoticpc, as it is probably the most well known Sager retailer.
