Pentium - Nvidia or ATI?

I have a Pentium 4 2.8ghz 800mhz fsb, I was wondering which card would run better, Nvidia or ATI, or does really matter? I have a Sapphire 9800 Pro 128mb right now but had to RMA it since the fan died and was having thoughts about maybe getting the FX 5900 Ultra or something if things didn't work out, or just stick with the 9800 Pro.

SB Audigy LS PCI
Sapphire Radeon 9800 Pro 128mb (with non-working fan!)

since u have a Intel Pentium i think u should try Intel EXTREME graphics 3
