2. What is the size of the notebook that you are considering?

13-15"

3. What screen resolution do you want?

Any, but 1900x1280 if possible

4. Do you need a portable or desktop replacement laptop?
As portable as possible.

5. How much battery life do you need?

At least 3 hours when not gaming.

6. Do you want to play games with your laptop? If so then please list the games that you want to with the settings that you want for these games. (Low,Medium or High)?

7. What other tasks do you want to do with your laptop? (Photo/Video editing, Etc.)

Photo/Video editing, Productivity, Word Processing, Gaming, etc.

8. How much storage (Hard Drive capacity) do you need?

320gb minimum(for SSD at least 256 gb)

No Preference.

10. How long do you want to keep your laptop?

2 years+ if possible

11. What kind of Optical drive do you need? DVD ROM/Writer,Bluray ROM/Writer,Etc ?
I don't need any if it helps with portability.

I want it to be as portable as possible, preferably under 6 pounds.

I recommend MSI GT60/ASUS G55 instead.Both are more powerful and fit your budget

Gaming laptops aren't usually light. What's the max weight you're looking for ?

Then go with the MSI GE60 as you first posted.There is currently nothing lighter(that has a comparable specs)
