What stats do you consider the most important for each type of staff
(assistant manager, coach, physio, scouts)?

Obviously:

Coaches: Coaching goalkeepers / outfield players
Physio: Physiotherapy
Scouts: Judging player ability / potential

What else should be looked for?

Coaches: Discpline! <Motivation> two VEWY important thingies. And for the
ones working with the reserve and/or u21 squad: Working with youngsters.

But a coach with a 20 in outfield players and a 3 motivation and/or
discipline won';t do anything
