I ran into a strange error on my PC. when I try to open add/remove programs from control panes it shows me a message:
"Parser Message
Value creation failed '' at line 472"
and when you press the OK button it closes ant the add/remove window doesn't open.
what could be done to repair this error??? I realy don't want to reinstall my windows.
