I did Non-Destructive System Recovery on my HP last night. Everything was
fine until I got to the "Congrats" screen. When I click on Finish to restart
the system and boot Windows, it hangs up. I try shutting down and restarting,
it takes me to the same finish screen, then it hangs up again after I click
on it. Ctrl+Alt+Delete can't get me out of it, neither does ESC. Can anyone
help me with this?

Try unplugging all the devices except the keyboard, monitor, and mouse.
Namely the USB stuff and the printer though you can probably turn that off
and be fine. If that doesn't work than you may, potentially, be looking at
the destructive recovery as being your only other option though I'd
recommend exhausting all other posible solutions first.
