New Prices

Does anyone know what the new prices will be when the next generation cards are released? Will there be any of the new cards at the $200 area? I really need to upgrade my card and was looking to drop 200 or slightly more but I am not sure what the new card price points will be. I know the exisitng cards should drop some, I wonder how much the 9800xt will drop?

Are you kidding???

They will sell for about 499$US. Don't expect them to sold near 200$US for a while. We can expect price drop for high-end cards, because people who have money to buy Radeon 9800XT or GeForce FX 5950 will surely buy to X800/6800 for a few more box. To make 9800XT/5950 attractive, the price will have to go down.
