anyone here from SC - new to hobby

Hi,

I'm new to this hobby. In fact I currently have nothing but a strong
interest. I've been surfing ebay for some time looking at JAMMA PCBs and
reading about building MAME cabinets or MAME & JAMMA cabinets, but I've
never done either.

What I'd like to know is if there is anyone else in the hobby who lives
in or near Charleston, SC? I'd like to see a collection, maybe learn
from someone who's been doing this a while. Get help occasionally as
needed, that sort of thing.

I met Mr. Tron when I lived in Roanoke, VA (7 years ago)... heck of a
nice guy, and quite a collection too. Never really got into the hobby at
the time, too much other stuff going on in my life. But I've always had
an interest.
