lately when i tried installing some programs it gave me an error with
autoexec.nt. it says:
______________________
|16 bit Windows Subsystem|
|______________________|

C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\AUTOEXECT.NT. The system file is not suitable for
running MS-DOS and Microsoft Windows applications. Choose 'Close' to
terminate the application.

So what should I do? I want to install this program but I keep getting this
error. Thanks in advance.

A good place to start hunting down problems with Microsoft's products is
their own support knowledgebase site (http://support.microsoft.com). A
search on "autoexec.nt" (exact phrase) under the "Windows XP" product
shows KB articles germaine to your problem.
