5900XT is your best bet in the $200 range, although prices may drop in the next couple months with the introduction of the new range of cards.

Screw the 5900XT, get a full 5900, the non-ultra version, then you could flash bios to 5950U. And overclock it a little more to try to overcome the missing 128mb memory. That's what i have right now, I've had this for a while, but i'm planning to get rid of it soon, since the next-gen are coming. I really don't think this is the best time for a new video card, since next gen's coming in a few weeks.
