Hey my friend is ordering his new video card tomorow, I dont know what to order for him. I know alot about upper and mid range cards but i dont know what to recomend for 120$ US

Thats not alot but i know its not the ultra low-end; does anyone know what vendors sell easily soft-moddable 9800SE's? (4>8 pipes easily) Or would it be a safer bet to get a 9600 PRO?

Get the 9600pro, the Powercolor 9800se might be able to be modded, but i don't think it's worse taking the chances.
