Boot with the XP CD and follow the instructions. Format the hard drive you
will be installing XP onto.

Remember to backup all data you need from the hard drive first as it will be
deleted during the format.

Double posting in the same group with different names?

Boot with the XP CD, delete the partitions, create new partitions and
install Windows XP.

Yes - you will lose everything you do not backup.

Simply boot from the WinXP installation CD. You'll be offered the
opportunity to delete, create, and format partitions as part of the
installation process. (You may need to re-arrange the order of boot
devices in the PC's BIOS to boot from the CD.)
