Ya. Dammit. I need a new driver that supports PS2b. nVIDIA has not released one yet. Or maybe PS2b shaders are exclusive to nV6800 and X800. I dunno. I doubt it though. Chances are ATI just don't want the demo to work on nV cards.

I love being at work. Download Rate 1.33 MB/s (yeah not Mb, but MB, and all 4 at once [Mpeg and EXE]). HEhe Fat Pipes!

Nice enough, but alot fo the WOW factor for me was killed by the preview shots. Had I just found out about it it would've had a bigger impact.

BTW, did you ever see that Chick in the EB thread who kinda looks like Ruby? Now rendering like THAT would be impressive.

In this area, we are pretty fortunate with OOL cable. We can get over 1 MB/s also. Actually often it is as high as 1.13 MB/s. I have completed a 64MB dowload in 57 seconds, including the save at the end. Not bad for home use eh. Makes win updates, driver and demo downloads a breeze.

Yeah but remeber that that was 1.XX MB/s on all 4 downloads at the same time (about 6MB/s), and that's only because that's the only ones I had downloading. But yeah, if you have that on one pipe at home, that's pretty sweet.

Mine maxs out at about 350KB/s total.

Speaking of which, time to go home. Long F'in day. Too bad the Leafs game sounds OVER so nothing to look forward to. At least I can start really reading the reviews.

Yeah your 1.33MB/s on all 4 at once, that is amazing. Surprised you could get all 4 going before the first one finished. :tongue:

And imagine Spitfire is doing it at 33.6k!!!! ouch. I got a kick out of busting him a bit when i found that out. One tiny download took him 3.5 minutes. I told him I won't say what it took on cable, but then I think it was GW who then said something like "I clicked save and heard DING." That cracked me up.
