Abit IS7 @ 275 FSB, OCZ PC4200 RAM @ 550Mhz, P4 2.4 @ 3.3Ghz Vcore @ 1.625, Sapphire Radeon 9800P @ 410/780.
Thermalright SLK-947U, P3 HS @ NB.

It really depends on the situation. The 2.4p4 could be the bottleneck with a GeForce 4 Ti4200/Radeon 8500, and an X800XT Platinum Edition could also be the bottlneck.
The difference is one is running at 1600x1200 with 6xAA and 16x aniso, and the other is running at 640x480 minimum detail settings:) (maybe an exaggeration).

Get a frickin 9800 Pro cheap, and flash it to XT.

Thanks for the suggestions! 9800 Pro was the card I was leaning toward but will be the first I have purchased other than NVidia.
