Sega Outrun Shifter Bearing - Where do you get this?

I'm working on a Sega Outrun and the Shifter bearing apparently is
missing and is nowhere to be found. Does anyone know the part number or
size of this bearing? Does anyone have an extra bearing they could
sell? Thanks in advance for the help.
