will gta 4 work on my laptop with windows 7?it has 3 gb ram 320 gb hard disk and an intel core 2 duo prosessor.it also has directx 11.

Yes it will work. Windows 7 / DirectX 11 will play DirectX 9 games like GTA4 just fine.

Absolutely sure.

Open DVD 1
2> Open GTAIV Folder
3> Right Click on Setup > Properties
4> Go to the compatibility tab
5> Check: Run this program in compatibility mode for:
6> Choose Windows XP (Service Pack 2) from the list
7> Ok
