hi, if someone can help i'd be very grateful as i'm clueless. i'm not sure
what the exact problem is but so far when right hand clicking on a folder
(doesn't seem to be a problem on word files) and trying to access
"properties" is impossible and an error report comes up, sometimes followed
by some DrWatson error report. also when trying to delete some music files in
my music, when pressing delete the my music window just closed itself, or
after deleting it it closed itself. another thing i noticed was the my
computer icon on my desktop is the windows media icon. my anti-virus picked a
virus up a while after i started noticing these things, and deleted it, but
since it has found nothing else. anyone know whats going on?
thanks!

Hi - thank you for replying and giving me the link, i've now tried it several
times but it doesn't seem to have worked. it seems to work on some folders
but not all which makes it more frustrating.
but thanks for the link.
