Mike, if you are using the Activation Wizard then select the option to
telephone Microsoft!

Of course you'll need to read the information n the screen and select an
office or location appropriate to your place of residence.

Given that you haven't indicated where you live in your posting, just be
mindful that this software is sold globally and Microsoft does have just a
few offices.

Or even easier, when it fails to activate, it gives you a choice to activate
by phone, selecting that option gives you the number to call for your
country/local.
