I have a network at home with 4 sometimes 5 computers and we often play games like SumOfAllFears and Ghost Recon, MOHAA and Return to Wolfenstein. The computers are seperated and are yelling distance apart. Instead of pressing the Team Chat key and typing in a message I have bought some Head Phones with microphones built in with the hope of using these to communicate.

I don't think these games support this directly however I am wondering what I can do? Is there a program I can run in the background before I start the game that will allow me to communicate? How have other people done this?

Regards

Hello,

http://rogerwilco.gamespy.com/

Roger Wilco runs in the back ground in any game that I know of.
One person needs to host it and other(s) join the IP it is being hosted on. Or you can have a base set up on one system. Set a key to press when you want to talk. Only one at a time can talk.
I've only used this playing over the internet but it maybe what you're looking for.
There are a few more software for this kind of thing also.

Team Speak
Microsoft Voice
BattleCom http://www.battlecom.com/

Good Luck!
