Hi, and welcome to the site.
What we need to know first is the model number of the Pc, now we know the brand is a Tiny PC, and most likely a tower system, or and old desktop style system, square and flatter. We need to be able to work out how old the system is, because it will limmit your options to upgrade the system if it is very old.

So we need the exact model number located on the case on a sticker or something, have a look around the case then post them first. Then we can give you a bit of advice ok.
we need to look at the specs to tell you what parts you can upgrade, will work and fit in the system.

Right nothing came back, so i will ask you to do a few things again if you can follow the instructions.

Your running windows Xp.
So turn the computer on let it load windows up.
1. Next click on your start button.
2. Click on all programs.
3. Now look for the folder that says Accessories, and click inside that folder.
4. You will see another folder called system tools, so click on that.
5. In the folder click on system information.
6. A windows will open and on the left side of the window there will be a list of all the components fitted inside the pc.
7. We need to look at : System Model in the list.
8. And also Bios version date, where it should also list the motherboard used in the PC.
So if you can do this post what it says under the sections i have given you to look at ok..
If you can find these were on our way.

Old to say the least. A Pentium 4 cpu chip.

CPU
l Supports Intel ® Pentium 4/Celeron (D) (Socket 478) processor up to 3.06GHz.

Agp graphics card slot.

You will find it hard today to buy an Agp graphics card new, E bay is a good option to find one for a cheap price second hand if an option for you.

Memory config two memory slots.

The main board provides two 184-pin unbuffered DDR200/DDR266 DDR SDRAM.

The maximum memory size supported by the board is 2GB. To operate properly, at least one DIMM module must be installed.

1Gb memory stick in each memory slot. for a total of 2Gb system memory.

If I had to be honest for £200 I would save a bit more up, and buy a new system if I could.
Because the system is that old.

And you would have better options to upgrade with a more new board plus expansion options.

The choice is yours, but at least you have an Idea of what to look for at least and get the right parts to work with the board.

Anyway all the best.
